The repairs were very good. They kept me informed throughout the process. A nice addition was that they work with Enterprise, they picked me up from the center took me to get the rental, then I was able to leave the rental at Caliber when my vehicle was ready

Very satisfied. I hope I’m not in the situation again, but if I am, I would definitely bring my car to the Caliber collision in Myrtle Beach.. the manager was amazing and she knew I was on a time crunch to deliver the vehicle and he actually finished the job before the anticipated date.

Derek was just amazing! At first I was concerned about getting my bumper fixed instead of getting it replaced, but he eased my concerns and told me it would look great. When I pi led up my car today, I couldn’t believe how good it looked. It was good as new! Thank you Derek and the Caliber team for doing an amazing job.
