I specifically informed them that my cars air wasn't working correctly. Two people assured me "it was working fine" because they turned it on & it worked fine. The problem wasn't with it coming on, it was with it regulating the temperature. I was in SC at the time I got it home and they made me feel like I was over reacting about the hot air blowing out of the air. Fast forward a week and a half, I make it all the way to Wyoming on a 3 week cross country tour & my heating isn't working. It's not regulating the temperature just like the air. I'm so frustrated & unsatified. Now I'm trying to find a place to take my car while I'm ON vacation. Your technician didn't even look at the system besides turning it on for a second. I may be a woman, but I understand how my cars heat and air works & when it's not working properly.
