The car took a lot longer to get finished than we were told. I can deal with delays but when we got the car back, the two panels that we had repaired still have a ding visible, we have a terrible blend line on the roof and a few spots of trash in the paint.

Everything done by Carolinas Collision, and particularly all the work by Jimmy, was great except that a piece of the air filter was sitting in the engine and not properly replaced. We easily put it in its proper place.

I was first told a week for the repair. Every time I called it was going in for paint the next day. 51/2 weeks later !!!!! Ask Zac to have mgr call. No call. Zac said he would call every day after the second week on progress, I received one call. Ashley at the desk was wonderful…. She would tell me what was going on! Time length …. Insane!
