The only reason that I couldn't give a 10 is because of the alignment of my car. The email/paperwork on the estimate that I received stated that if any additional work needed to be done, I would be notified. The estimate showed that they would be doing a 4 wheel alignment. When I got the notice that my car was ready, I was not told that they( the place that started my alignment) did not complete the alignment. I found out when I drove away from the Body Shop in my car. It was pulling towards the right really bad. So I called back and told them. My car was not driving like that when I was initially bumped or when I brought it in for the estimate. The place that did my alignment did not put the settings back to how they were before they started the alignment. I don't have time to go into more here. I didn't give a lower score because I do appreciate the manager at Carolina Collision for agreeing to make it right!
