I am so pleased with the quality of service that C.A.R.S. provided the Honda CR-V. They took the time and care to go over all the details and fix the front end properly. They have the best deal in town on Saturdays, full brakes all the way around for the low! Great deal, great customer service, I feel like family. Communication is key! First off she showed me pictures of what is wrong with my car to prove to me what’s going on. Then they gave me a fair price (I came to CARS to get a second opinion- gave me the same diagnosis but a way better price)and then called me when the part got there.I felt at ease while my car was getting fixed and that has never happened. Thank you for that. hopefully I don’t need you guys again very soon, but I will definitely come back. Communication & customer service was top-notch.

The smallest things didn’t go unnoticed. My car was all shined up for me when I got it back. Vacuum was done on the inside (which was not requested) made me feel like they just went the extra mile to put a smile on my face. The constant updates and reassurance was a bonus. Hi i was satisfied with the repair from the owner introducing me to his services and everything getting figured out in a timely manner. I did come in with an idea of what the solution to just fix what i may think what the problem is which was the ignition switch. I really appreciate the technician’s diagnosis and his time. The fact that i was compensated an hour and a few other services was an amazing experience. Thankful but either way its was best to diagnose the truck for the technician to better understand what hes working on. Overall i was completely satisfied and happy with the repair i payed for and i would definitely recommend C.A.R.S service to people
