I trust them so much that I had my car towed all the way from the East Bay to Salinas just to have them work on it—that’s how confident I am in their service. It was great to work with Michelle who helped me set my appointment and convey the estimate and repair progress. I stopped in to inquire about scheduling the appointment and Michelle was able to schedule it the next day. The front office was a welcoming and professional environment to do business. I appreciate getting a shuttle ride to my office while my car was being worked on. As the day progressed, she gave me informative updates and options regarding my air conditioning and check engine light which helped me make an informed decision. The cost of the repair was very fair and clearly explained. While I have one follow-up visit to confirm the air conditioning repair is complete, I am happy with the results (and the cold air!). I am impressed with the business that Mr Garcia and his team have established at this location. I look forward to using the services of California Auto repair Salinas in the future.
