Oh my goodness this team is amazing! Raymond started the process with assisting me in information on how to manage my insurance claim process and kindly handed me over to Michele and she did everything from there all I had to do was bring my keys and my car and she took care of everything. Michele kept me updated on the entire process and their software Will send automatic updates to let you know what’s going on as well and you could see your estimate in real time, as well as your balance that you owe and the repair status. Both of them are literally the dream team and I don’t even know what I would’ve done without them! My car looks amazing even better than before my accident. My car was clean and perfectly repaired. I was worried about the color because I have a white pearl paint, when I arrived I was thinking how did they get the paint so perfectly matched to the factory color. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who asks, actually looking forward to seeing them for my maintenance work as they do mechanical stuff there as well. I wanted to say again that if you have an accident, you should not look anywhere else. This locally owned shop will go out of the way to do the best thing for your vehicle. Usually It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car. Not anymore because CARS will take care of you 100% ask for Michele for the body shop. Ask for Raymond for mechanical and maintenance.
