The owners took the initiative to introduce themselves when the estimate was made and when repairs were complete They coordinated communication with my insurance company and the car rental company throughout the process. I received regular updates about ehen repairs would be complete. Their eork was flawless, and left no trace that repairs were made.

I have had alot of body repairs ln the past couple of years to my FJ cruiser and was using a different body shop they were ok and got the work done, but when I picked up my FJ from CARSTAR they washed my truck and buffed my headlights I didnt request that and now I can see so much better at night now! I am getting older and driving at night is much more safer for me, I forgot the gals name that helped me she was awsome and Jarod was very helpful! CARSTAR is my new favorite body shop!!!
