Inspection and Repair Estimate completed in a timely and efficient manner. Customer Briefing was thorough; all questions and concerns completely answered; realistic in expectations. Repairs completed to expectations; Communications via Text Message kept us fully informed on Repair Progress and Completion Timeline. Due to local weather problems, ABC Body & Frame staff flexed for customer, holding vehicle for extra 4 days, delivering vehicle in "like new" condition. Excellent work by all personnel!

From the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it up (right on schedule) everyone from the front desk to the mechanics were absolutely caring and professional. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside!

I requested that they attempt to keep my rear window in the repair as I had it decorated with stickers from friends and they managed to do so. Very pleased that I was able to keep my memories and get my back hatch repaired.
