I requested that they attempt to keep my rear window in the repair as I had it decorated with stickers from friends and they managed to do so. Very pleased that I was able to keep my memories and get my back hatch repaired.

Everything went very well for the most part. Clean shop and very courteous staff for the whole process. Progress texts kept us informed throughout. The only issue I have is that the "C" emblem for the replacement grille was not available from GM parts suppliers. I have looked also and an ETA from GM is not given. I can and will keep looking for new as well as a good used part. However, insurance appears to have been charged $88.43 for a part not provided. So how does this work, are you going to hang onto the money and reimburse me when I should find a replacement part? It could be days, months, or longer before I can find a replacement part. I need to know what the plan is? I would prefer being reimbursed for the part cost as I keep looking for a replacement. Thanks

Quick, professional & courteous! It was both a painless & seamless process from beginning to end! My car was well taken care of! Their work was amazing! It looks like a brand new car! I was kept informed of the progress daily through their app. If I had questions they were answered promptly! I would highly recommend having your car worked on by their crew!
