There were quite a few issues with my service experience. I never received any text updates about my car’s status while it was in the shop, even though I requested them when I dropped it off. When I called on Friday, 10/31, to check the status, I was told the car would be ready that day and that I would receive a call or email once it was ready for pickup. However, after not hearing anything all day, I called around 5:20 p.m. and was told the car was ready, but the shop was closing in 10 minutes. When I asked why I hadn’t been notified, I was told my estimator was off that day and no one followed up in his absence. When I went in on Saturday to pick up the car, I noticed the hood was not properly aligned, so I decided not to take it. I left the car with AJ to address the issue, and he said someone would follow up by Monday or Tuesday. I want to note that AJ was very empathetic and professional, he showed genuine concern and assured me he would follow up on my concerns.
