The entire process was SO PROFESSIONAL! Mariana explained so well at our initial call what the entire process would look like with a timeline. She was also amazing coordinating rental car with Enterprise both for my drop off and pickup. The initial diagnosis was done so quickly with a kind follow up phone call explaining in details. The entire auto repair team has done an extraordinary job bringing the BRAND-NEW car look to my car!! The team also detailed my car so perfectly as if I just bought my car from the dealership the same day! The entire repair was also done quickly within a week. This has been my best experience involving collision repairs. Last but not least, I was able to leave my trust with the entire team. Their performance and communication assured me that my car was in great hands!!

The body work was excellent. The thing that was disappointing was travelers. And that no one thought checking the alignment was appropriate after being rear ended. When I picked up my Traverse it veered to the right when before the accident it was just fine. On the advise of travelers I took it for alignment check and travelers said if it showed alignment related to the accident they would reimburse us. Even after submitting the alignment settings travelers found it not accident related. How can that be when the alignment was needed in the rear. So review of travelers is a 2 much needed improvement.
