Backed by really bad experiences with Caliber Collision and Fix Auto, definitely Carstar is my choice.

It was the best experience. Granted it was a minor repair but the communication and attention was the best. Compared to others, Caliber was a total disaster twice, and Fix Auto had my car for 2 weeks and did NOTHING.

I got rear ended on New year morning and this place is in my insurance list also Certified by Tesla, close to my house so it checks all the box for me. The drop off and pickup was nice and easy, the girls at the lobby also very welcoming and make the stressful process a little easier for me. I work with Gerry, he’s nice and walks through the car with me to check all the damage and also explain of what to expect from the repair. In the same day less than an hour of drop off, I got estimates repair price and the completion date which is 2 weeks from that day, then in the same week on Friday I got the notification that my car is ready to pick up. They got it done a week sooner than the estimated, I’m so happy with the repair and the customer service.
