Was not told the molding would be on back order. The person helping me was not very friendly. His coworker got up to go check on the truck because he didn’t move. I don’t know his name he was setting in the desk next to the door going to the body shop. He did offer to show what was being repaired, he didn’t tel me the the rim around the wheel was on back order. He was more concerned with what he was surfing on his computer. Not a pleasant person to work with. Everyone else was nice.

Was stuck at the DMV to get my drivers license renewed on Fri, Ccllision called said my car was ready. They close at 5pm not open again till Mon. AM. They arranged for service to have car ready as they didn't close til 6 pm. Thanks a lot.

The actual repair that needed to be done with my car, got repaired successfully and I’m very satisfied with that aspect. However new additional problems arose with the repairs. My interior locks do not work properly. In addition, upon arriving home after picking up my car, one of the rear reflectors had fallen out of place.
