I can still see the dent and my tire still shakes and none of the body parts are lined up right and they're still a scrape by my door where it was meeting the fender

wasn't to happy about the cleaning on the new bumper. The cover they put back on isn't right so took it back and they moved it forward. So I guess it is as good as can be.
