I give them a 5 star rating. I was so impressed with how my car looked when I picked it up!!! It looked brand new! Excellent job! The staff and service techs are wonderful. They did a fantastic job of updating me on the progress of the work being done. The staff and service technicians are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle to take it to Anderson/Carstar. 5 stars!!!

Communication was great and they were very timely. the only reason i did not put a 10 was because i was told all the glass that was shattered would be cleaned out of my car and it wasn't so after i had to get a piece of glass out of my hand i had to re-vacuum and clean the front part of the car. there was also back finger prints on the ceiling near the windshield i had to use cleaner to remove.

The whole process for getting my car’s damage fixed was quicker than I had expected. I was kept abreast of the process via text which was helpful. I’ll definitely take my vehicle here again should I need body work.
