I was pleased with the speed they were able to address the repairs and complete. The only reason for not scoring higher was a return trip to secure an inner door panel that was rattling. That too was addressed quickly and professionally.

Someone backed into me in October. I didn't file a claim right away, but waited until after Christmas. Then I got ran into again. Getting work done on two claims was almost too much for the insurance company. Warren and his colleagues helped me through the ordeal. The actual repairs didn't take long at all, but figuring out the insurance part took two weeks! Needless to say, without their help I probably would have given up and just traded it off! Thanks guys!
