Very personable to deal with. Time of repair was horrible though. We committed to the repair over 2 weeks before our appointment and were given a week and a half estimated time of repair. The repair took a month. Had we not had a rental replacement it would have been a real inconvenience. I have no idea how much the delay cost the insurance company but it had to be substantial. We complain about insurance cost and things like this contribute greatly.
