Thanks for everything. I am completely satisfied with the repair.

Ok. I’m just going to be honest here. My repair was a bit unusual. It was an older car and was paid for by a third party. The used OEM bumper looks good and is safe but the is a fairly large gap, between the bumper and the grill/headlight assembly. I realize the bumper probably came off another year car and I know it is what it is. It would have been nice to have been notified that the gap was going to be there. Also, when you guys washed my car, before you delivered it, you blew the clear coat off of the hood. It know the car is not perfect an it’s old but I would have rather received a dirty car back than one with a giant section of the clear coat blown off of the hood. Otherwise, the repair is great. I would have appreciated more transparency and better communication. Cheers.

The bummer is front desk was amazing tow truck amazing but the work was done not great and have to bring it back in. Glass going all over us when the air went on all things that should have been found way before delivery especially as we were not in any hurry or rush to get it back

I love the front desk they are so helpful and keep us up to date she is a 10/10 but so many things wrong with the vehicle after we got it back
