I was quoted 1.4 hr of labor and they did the job in 25 minutes and I had to pay for 1.4 hr of labor. I signed paperwork if it went over the quote I would have to pay more. So why should I have to pay more labor than it took it should also be adjusted.

There wasn’t much communication. I received a call Tuesday morning from Hyundai my car was done and they were waiting on payment, I gave them all info, claim number, insurance and your number. I didn’t get my car until Friday, and again I don’t know if you didn’t get the money, but communication didn’t happen.
