After my vehicles bodily damage was repaired in the process a short circuit was caused cause my vehicle to be undriveable and not in the condition it was previous to the accident.

After i got my vehicle back from the repair shop the mechanics forgot to connect something in the wiring causing a short circuit. I got my car back on a Friday afternoon and since you are closed on the weekends i had to wail til monday to get a call back and the man who took my call was rude and basically played the blame game and said they took pictures of the process and attempted to make me feel stupid. We came to the agreement to get it towed to kellys auto and they would determine who was at fault and who would pay for the repairs. None the less carstar covered the cost which I am very appreciative for. I do believe it would be in the companys best interest to have some better costumer service. I am aware im not a mechanic but I was a customer with a concern and instead of listening and trying to find a middle ground and having a civil conversation i had to argue with on the phone with one of your workers. Its already a stressful situation to be without your car for over two weeks just to finally get it back and your vehicle suddenly stops running the same day, I dont think its fair to have rude employees add on to that stress.

They had the lowest bid and got the car in within a week, which I thought was pretty quick. I had to get a new bumper which included a paint job. It was done in 4 days. And it looks great!
