My car looked amazing when I got it back. It looked like it had never been in an accident. I was very pleased with the work and the fact that I was kept informed throughout the entire process. The lady at the front who's name I can't remember,(sorry, I'm horrible with names as previously discussed) was professional as well as personable and friendly. Not to mention, when I came back to pick up my car when it was finished, I seen her sit down next to a customer and take the time to go over the cost estimate for her repairs so that she understood it completely before she signed it and I've never seen anyone take the time to do that before. I was impressed.

Pickup looks great!! Cannot tell there was ever any damage
