Was kept informed frequently about repair progress and was impressed that I got the car back 2 days earlier than expected. And… they had washed the car too! Employees are pleasant, efficient and easy to work with… I continue to be so pleased with Hertrich!

I have always had good service. Only once was there a delay when a wrong part was ordered and I could not get the car in for repaid back in 2020 during Covid… car was damaged in October and I could not get it in until Feb BUT it was driveable so not too inconvenient for me.

Car bumper and rear view blinker light and exhaust area look terrific. You would never know it was damaged. Great job. Sorry I could not thank whomever repaired it.

Was pleased to get periodic updates on the repair process from Wendy Hill, a staff member the car repair looked wonderful and it was so nice of other staff to wash and vacuum out the car… everyone went above and beyond for me!!! Thank you!
