From the first moment Cris took care of our ever concern and scheduled our Honda to be promptly repaired… Scott went over our car with us and pointed out what needed to be done. He was so kind and helpful to an 85 year old handicapped lady… Then our car was finished a full week before the promised date and looked like new! We are so grateful that Allstate sent us to Hertrich Collision for a job so very well done !

Scott was very helpful and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He showed compassion with the situation my car needed repair for. This is the only place I use for collision repair. Scott is a big part of that.

My 3rd row seat was not repaired and no longer goes up and down and the repair was sloppy, there are two scratches that were never touched, the tail lights are not securely mounted and there are several areas that were painted over and body work was not done or a new piece installed.

While the repairs appeared to be done well, the detail and cleaning of the vehicle was horrendous. It appeared the windows were all left down when they sanded the car as the entire inside, all vents and crevices were covered in a fine dust. Where it was wiped left a sticky residue that was dripping down the surfaces and hard to remove. The windows appeared to be wiped with a dirty rag at best and the carpets were covered in dusty footprints from the repair. Unacceptable.
