Josh and the young lady who works at the front desk were super friendly, attentive and responsive! I never had to guess what was going on with my vehicles repair. Getting the text updates kept me in the loop and prevented me from feeling like I needed to call to check on things. I am also very pleased with the way my vehicle looked once completed. The entire experience, start to finish, was very impressive! Thank you to the Snow Hill road team for a job well done!!

I was very impressed with the timeframe of getting my vehicle done. The estimated date was between September 18 to the 21st and the vehicle was completed on the 11th and I was very pleased. And I was impressed with the communication from Josh texted me giving me updates on Wednesdays and Fridays about my vehicle. When picking up the vehicle it looked brand new the color was just shiny. I’m just very impressed with your work and handling of my vehicle.

Will be in touch. Repair looks terrible. Door has ripples in it. I am not happy at all and I didn’t really notice upon pickup. I haven’t been able to come back by I. The last few days because of work. I will be in touch tomorrow. I am not satisfied with this repair at all and for having my car for a month. Got it back dirty and the repair isn’t right.
