Caliber was great, they checked the e car out before taking it. Made sure we were good to go with a backup vehicle before we dropped it off and made sure when we dropped it off, it wouldn’t just be sitting there. They kept me updated with progress with text messages and completed ahead of the projected time.

Great job from all those who were involved in the fixing of my Kia Soul that was involved in a hit and run accident. As I had never had an accident this was very confusing trying to find out what was going to happen. But they walked me through all aspects of repairs. Paint job looks like it was not cut & buffed. Orange peel appearance. This is the same problem this body shop had when they repaired the left front door. It took 3 trips back to the shop to get it corrected. I hope this will not be the same experience. I
