Marista, and the entire staff, were most helpful and professional. The insurance company tried to make the entire process miserable, but Marista helped me through it. Denton Autobody is the only body shop. I have used since moving to Denton in 1997. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The very nicest people in have ever dealt with. Marissa even offered to make sure I got to church while my car was being repairs. Offered to drive me 45 minutes to meet my sister herself. Absolutely unheard of and exceptional customer service!

We had a great experience with Carstar Denton on two separate repairs. Our Tesla Model 3 had a minor fender bender, and since we didn’t want to go through insurance for such a small repair, they gave us the most reasonable price we found. The work came out excellent, and everything was completed on time. After that first positive experience, we brought in our minivan to replace the passenger-side mirror after it was damaged while backing into our garage. We had put off getting this fixed for over an year as all body shops near me were quoting obscene amounts. Carstar Denton was able to replace it for significantly less and we were finally able to get it done. Our only regret was not having checked them out sooner. Marrissa, Zac, and AJ were all wonderful to work with. They took the time to understand what we needed, communicated clearly, offered fair pricing, and delivered high-quality work on schedule. Highly recommend Carstar Denton!
