Kyle and Ivan were very helpful in this process. They were polite and informative and guided me to the right process for repairing the damage to the hood of my Yukon. Great job with the truck repair. Very happy. However while repairing the truck they noticed the transmission issue. It would have been really helpful if they had opened a ticket on the transmission so that the park could have been ordered and fixed much more quickly rather than me having to start from scratch and open a ticket the following Monday. That said I'm still pleased that they did a great job on the paint. Thank you

My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Even better! They washed and detailed my baby 🥹 so rare after car repairs. Typically they leave your car filthy from tracking dirt in and out.

The work took quite a bit longer than I was told it would. Mr. B probably “forgot” to tell me that the part had arrived until I called three days later to check on the status. Initially, he told me it would be in within 24 hours. So, two, or maybe three, lies. The work was done expertly, finally.
