Absolutely satisfied. Compared to other experiences, this one was smooth sailing. They handled the insurance, the parts arrived when expected, the work was finished promptly, they helped me with the rental car. And the employees made sure all questions were answered and all of them were more than just cordial. It couldnt have been a better experience. I'm not planning on having another collision but IF it happens there's no doubt where I'll take my car. Thank you all so much!

Not Satisfied! My Tesla’s bumper has to replace and they could not intact it well. I showed up them to fix it in a way so its edges should be coming out. It had various cut marks feels they try to push it hard but couldn’t make it. They asked me to drop off my vehicle 3 times (including 1st main service ) but kept on updating your vehicle is out for paint but when I asked Austin he said we didn’t even paint( last time ). Moreover he was telling me that Telsla Original manufacture has same issues. He said he doesn’t care what my reviews are. They returns the vehicle lot of dusty footmarks. First time they retuned with less air presser and my Tesla dashboard was showing they didn’t show courtesy to refill air in tires. Second time they returned they over flatted along with that my Audii system and horn stopped working. Which they fixed in 3 return.

Carr star was fantastic! They were Patient and stayed on top of all logistics and kept me updated. My real concern now is that I am being asked for a police report when I have no way to give one or get one due to the police accident laws in Texas
