The experience with Carstar was great! They took care of my car in a timely manner and even went out of their way to meet me after hours so I could pick it up. When I received the car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had also detailed it inside and out. Just picked up our vehicle from CarStar. To say that we are very pleased is a gross understatement. A lot of shops can do bodywork, and their work was superior , but the customer service part is harder to come by. From the time we first walked in Heather greeted us and was extremely polite, courteous, helpful and professional. Although I had some issues communicating with my insurance adjuster, Heather took care of every detail. There was constant, detailed and accurate, communication. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle. They even let me drop my rental off with them and they returned it. Then , there was Wesley, he managed the whole process and was everything we could have asked for and more. Nothing could have made this experience any better!! Submitted this review today!
