Wow. Just wow! The CARSTAR Avalon Fontana location gets 5-stars from me! From minute "one", I was treated courteously and professionally. Unfortunately I don't recall the receptionist's name that first greeted me, but please know that she was great. Steve Mendoza was the rep that first evaluated my work truck. He recognized right away that he and I had met about 2 1/2 years ago when he worked at a different collision repair shop. He was great then, and he is somehow even better now as the evaluator representing your company. He listened attentively to my concerns and did a thorough job measuring and evaluating the damage. Within only a few short minutes he conferred with his manager/ supervisor and confidently let me know that they could definitely help me. I set up a date for repair favorable to my personal schedule with Steve. I brought the vehicle in for repairs as discussed with Steve on July 29. Sure enough, Steve was at his desk wearing a pleasant, welcoming smile and led me thorugh the process. That was when I worked with Jennifer at the front desk to sign off on stuff. She was also wonderful and professional. I let her know that I planned to do some hunny-do's at home during my time without my truck, and she remembered that fact and asked me how things went when I saw her on the day that I picked up my now beautiful work truck. We (my wife and I), will certainly recommend CARSTAR Avalon in Fontana to anyone in need of your services. Thank you! WELL DONE!

The repairs were great. The reason for a seven is that Geico replaced my radiator with and after market radiator that does not operate with the same velocity to keep up with airflow. Possibly dual stage OEM. Quality of work from Cal Star was ok even though I got my car with a loose radiator cap. Geico should replace with quality parts even if after market

The process was quick and easy. They were flexible and friendly when we needed to move our appointment. We received the car in the time frame promised. We received updates daily on the status of the car. (Repair of bumper due to damage during the shipment of my car) Car looks great!
