Everything was great from start to finish. I was updated about the progress of my vehicle and it was even ready before the time quoted. I was able to get a rental nearby and able to leave it at the shop at pickup which was very convenient. Overall a great first time experience.

I appreciate the work that was done on my vehicle, but I am not completely satisfied because the damage around the fuel-filling area was not repaired. I believe this damage occurred during the same accident and should have been properly inspected and addressed. I would appreciate having this issue reviewed again with my insurance company.

Front fender gap around headlights on passenger side is bigger than it was before, missing tire guard on driver side front wheel, really stiff steering wheel, some minor oil/grease marks on interior (on seats, etc). Otherwise, I’m glad it was completed really quickly and Emelia and Louis and Eli were really great to work with.
