The work that was done on my truck was excellent. It would have been a 10 if it were not for one thing at this point. Minor damage to one corner of my truck cap that had to be removed to do the repair. I plan to speak to someone to see what can be done to fix it.

The time taken to restore my car window, as well as the detailing to my car was not only impressive but greatly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and respectful. My 2018 530i had headlight and front bumper damage from somebody hitting my parked car. Frustrated but understanding i explained the situation to Demi and Emilia who were the primary individuals to help me with checking in, damage repairs, and status updates. I’m very particular about my vehicle so i wanted to relay direct messages to the service technician during the repairs, Emilia and demi continually updated me on vehicle repair status at took their time personally to assure my notes we’re told to the service tech and they i was comfortable with the job at hand. If i were to recommend carstar to family and friends it would solely be based on how i was treated by these two individuals and the quality of work that was done. I’m very appreciative of everyone involved if this company hasn’t yet these two deserve incentives or raises for their customer service which is the bread and butter of most successful companies

Excellent customer service. Demi was great to talk with. She listened to my concerns. She was a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way. Most important, she is a nice person. Shout out also to Amelia who went out of her way to help me on Friday, the day of my pickup. She literally dropped what she was doing and worked with me and the techs until the job was finished and I drove away with my car. Erin was good as well as was the gentleman who actually worked on my car.
