The lady who helped me did a great job was very kind and helpful. I just had a few problems regarding spacing on my bumper and also my bumper not having the front parking sensor no more. Also the front passenger side headlight was not fully clipped in .

This is entirely based on the fact that my repair took triple the estimated time and I didn’t have a rental car. That’s pretty horrendous I would have preferred you told me 7 weeks up front instead of stringing me along. Please find a new parts dept otherwise these people are going to tank your reviews

I would recommend this shop to a friend bc of the friendly/personable staff, welcoming atmosphere, & fantastic repairs. The only reason this rating is an 8 and not a 10 is bc 1) I had to come back and 2) again, I would’ve liked to have been informed about the staffing change or other things that caused the multiple delays/extensions to my pickup date, so I didn’t have to worry, change my schedule, or call the CarStar office. Other than that, I’m really happy w/the work that was done. My car looks brand new, like the accident never happened. Thank you, CarStar

The customer service here is definitely top-notch. Shout out to Amelia — she was great! She was personable, kind, patient, informative, & on top of things during the repair process. Amelia even went above & beyond to help me w/securing a rental car & dealing w/insurance when I first dropped off my car, as well as Crys/Crees who gave advice. The manager (Erin?) was also very welcoming & kind. Also, when I needed to return for a small fix, Zach was very personable & informative, as well. Even in the waiting room, staff members asked if I had been helped already - which shows care/concern & professionalism.
