They whole team was AMAZING!!! Every single one of them, Emilia, (I can't remember the guy or the other woman) but each one of them were kind, compassionate, helpful, listened to me. It felt like therapy. I did not expect to get into a car accident and have an enjoyable experience. They helped me with my car seats, made sure I got the right rental car, had my laughing, oh the car repair made me want to have work done to the rest of the car!! Thank you to the team for making what could have been a miserable experience a lovely memorable one!

CARSTAR was very responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of my car repairs. They have a very strong Quality Control System and discovered a mistake they made in painting the car. This caused about a week of delay in getting my car back, which is why I only rated them an 8. Ultimately the work was done very well and we are completely satisfied. The process they have for returning the rental car was also very convenient.

I thought the employees were super helpful. The repairs went well and was completed early. The only reason this review is a 9 and not a 10 is because one component of the repair was NOT completed before I was told to pick up my vehicle. However, it was a quick fix once I brought it to Carstar's awareness. Only a minor inconvenience -- picking up my car took about 20-30 min longer than expected -- so I'm only taking off 1 star. But great work!
