They took 10 days to repair my bumper then didn’t see that my exhaust muffler was hanging. Went back and complained, I was then told they’ve placed an order for the hinge supporting the bumper. It’s been two weeks I can’t drive my car. No calls no update.

This was my first experience and it didn’t start off on the right track

Wait 3 months to get the car back. We were called the night before to pick up the vehicle and when we got there was told that the repair were not approved. The repairs should have been approved before the work was started. This was not good customer service. Recommend getting to work approved before repairs are made.

The car repair was great. No issue. There was a lack of communication between the shop and me. That was frustrating

There was little to no communication with me about the cars repair. I wanted the insurance part fixed and then more things fixed that I would have paid out of pocket. I called several times. Then I get a call the car was finished, when I wanted more done to it. I also wanted a detail at my expense, but that wasn’t Done.
