The insurance company enjoying ripping people off!! The car came back with fifty steering wheels, hand sanitizer came back packed with dirt. Over did not like the service way over prized and disgusting rental car!!

My battery came back dead. The body work was lovely but they did leave some residue after cleaning up. I detailed the interior of my car right before drop off, yet when I went in you can see the machine dust and stains left in the vehicle. They also mistakenly gave my key to another customer. We had similar last names so it was an honest mistake. It was resolved but on top of the dead battery and residue left in my car, the mishandled key was icing on the cake.
