Throughout the entire process, Mr. Mike Schwenz provided outstanding customer service. He maintained consistent communications with me-- keeping me apprised of the progress each step of the way. In addition to being obviously knowledgeable, Mike was very patient and answered all of my questions and was responsive to my calls all in a polite and personable manner. If I could give him higher than 10 I would do so!!
