Mike the manager was very professional, courteous, informative and concerned about my repairs. I had to take the car back at least 4 times in order for the mechanic to complete the repairs correctly. The car appears to be running okay now.

Mike the manager excellent. The mechanic completing job was okay. He stated he test drove my car and could not duplicate the problem. Told me to bring it back and leave it. When I got in my car to leave I immediately heard and felt the problem when backing up, turning steering wheel and pulling forward. I immediately when back in shop and spoke with Mike. He had the mechanic to test drive car again and he went with him. When they came back in the mechanic than said he heard heard and felt the problem . Stated it was the something in the ball bearing and it need to be replaced. It took several visits and Mike to ride with the mechanic in order for me to get my car fixed correctly. Right now it appears to be driving okay.

The repairs were done to the light, bumper cover and fender. The paint matched well. I know it is not the body shop specialty but as a mechanic myself I had a bulb that was out due to the accident and 1 of my fuses were blown for the brake lights which was not out prior to the repair. I took care of both issues but it would have been nice to be aware of this.
