I don't know where to begin!!!! I was in a horrible accident on September 13th. My baby was damaged and looked horrible 😢 I have an extreme love affair with my car and seeing her in such bad shape crushed me. I bought my car from East West and my service advisor Mike T told me to bring it in to Mike w/Carstar and she'll be good as new!! Well let me tell you once I met Mike @Carstar I was at ease. He took care of my car, but most importantly I think he could see the pain in my eyes and he did EXACTLY said he would do....return my baby "BLACK BEAUTY " back to her beautiful self!!! I literally cried on the way home and was so emotional when they brought her in the service bay so I could inspect her!!! She is simply gorgeous again and I owe it all to Mike!!!!! I'm so happy that he was my advisor!!! Great customer service!!! If it wasn't for the pandemic, I would have given the best hug!!! Most people would laugh at my connection with my car, but Mike didn't. He said he would do his best and he did!!! He didn't rush and took the time to work with Liberty Mutual Insurance to ensure my car was repaired and back in top shape. I will forever refer all my friends and family to Mike for their auto body needs!!!! I have a new friend in Mike and will be sure to see him just to check in whenever I bring my car in for service!!!!! Mike is simply THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very knowledgeable about the work and parts!!! I could go on FOREVER about how great Mike is....my new FOREVER FRIEND!!!!!!
