When I went to pick up my car the color did not match and I had to wait due to the holiday for it to be corrected. Then the lady at Hertz told me the rental was damaged and it clearly was not, it was dirt on the car. Not sure how dirt and damage looks the same. One thing for sure is I'll never use hertz again

East West Auto is the “Premier” of Customer Service!! I’ve serviced four vehicles there leaving brand new, From the show room staff to the lobby and Bay Area. Everyone is professional. Some of the staff are long serving members, I don’t know all of their names however, DJ stands out, we met 17 years ago. He’s assuming, pleasant, professional and efficient of companies guidelines and mission. He’s an overall Gem to the company.
