It was a completely wonderful experience done in a timely manner and then once I was notified that my car was ready I showed up to get it and I felt like I was getting new car it looked beautiful inside and out it actually looks like it was a brand new car I felt proud to drive off the lot just as I did when I bought it. My experience at CARSTAR was top-notch. I needed repairs done on my vehicle, and the team took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be completed. They even gave me a tour of the facility, which made me feel confident in their process and professionalism. While my car was being serviced, they also offered a full inspection and were honest and transparent about the repairs that were recommended. I decided to move forward with the suggested work, and I’m glad I did. Not only was the work completed with great quality, but my car was finished days earlier than the original estimated completion date.
