Your staff is very pleasant and accommodating. In addition to my vehicles seemingly perfect repairs, it was washed and vacuumed. I am very pleased. FYI: for the safety of your staff, it would be great if management would install mirrors in the office area for the staff to be able to see persons entering the office. All staff members literally have their backs to the door. Or, switch the desk around. Just a suggestion.
