The front person disappeared for over 20 minutes when we wanted to leave. No one could find her.

We never met the workers. The work seems very well done except the passenger door handle was left with a scratch that need cleaning (rubbing?) compound and buffing. We did not have time to wait a couple of hours to have this done. un fortunately!

Emilia is top notch without a doubt. I received continual updates on the status of my car. The CARSTAR family did an amazing job on the exterior and interior of my vehicle. There are several moving parts to the CARSTAR system, but each unit worked hand and hand to get my car back to tip top condition. I couldn’t even tell I had been involved in an accident and the detailing shop had my car so clean I wanted to make an additional appointment to come back again and again for all of my future car services, ie oil change, tires, breaks. CARSTAR is more than a body shop, they are the best in Baltimore City. There is a car lot, car escort service and so much more. Although I had to be without my personal vehicle for a couple weeks the end results were well worth it. Thank you CARSTAR for all of the ways you serve. Warmest regards Ms. NC
