Communication terrible and car was turned with broken missing parts.

The communication was terrible the car was scheduled a certain day to give back and it took an extra 6-7 days. When the car was turned into me with malfunction and missing parts was told to take in car and I’d get a rental when they fix it all but they were able to fix it in two sessions lasting about 30min to an a hour in half.

Communication was not good i turned in Rental thinking my car would be turned in and car was not ready no one called so I had no car for a whole day.

CarStar auto was okay. I really like the customer service that Ricardo gave me. But, do not ask for Anthony(I believe he was higher up in position than Ricardo) he has very bad customer service he was so rude and always tried to brush me off when ever I had questions about my car. He only seemed to care about getting paid and that’s it. Other than that my car is looking good on the outside. They left the dirt stain in my beige leather seats. But I’m big on customer service, that’s how you keep your clients, so I will not be returning back to CarStar Auto Body Repair Experts because of the lack of customer service from Anthony.
