We received outstanding customer service from Fix Auto San Gabriel. From start to finish, they made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond by contacting the rental car company and arranging for us to be picked up so we could get a rental vehicle while our car was being repaired. Once our vehicle was ready, they also took care of arranging for the rental car to be picked up from their shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. When we picked up our vehicle, they took the time to show us the repairs that had been completed, and everything looked fantastic. We truly appreciate the excellent care and attention we received. Corinna and Danny were excellent facilitators through the whole process and even got us our car back early! It looked like brand new as promised.
