I had a great experience with the repair service for my car. Steve was professional and very accommodating, especially with my busy schedule. He kept me informed with weekly updates on the progress of the repair, which I really appreciated. Since I wasn’t able to pick up my car on weekdays, he went out of his way to arrange a more convenient time for me, even offering options for pickup. That level of flexibility made the whole process much easier. Overall, excellent work and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

Needing work done to your car can be stressful, but everyone at Silverlake Collision in Pasadena are absolute professionals. I’ve taken my car to them twice, and both times have been a great experience. They’re polite, efficient, and they work with your timeline.
