The service was top notch. My repair was required to be completed in Pasadena vs. Montrose. They delivered the car and returned to my location despite this. Inconvenien hours of operation kept you from scoring higher. 8 - 4 from M-F and no weekend hours doesn't accommodate the normal working person's schedule. I was late to work the day I dropped off my car and late to work the day I picked it up. I had left some things in the car that I wanted and did without them while you had my car because I couldn't go get them without being late to work a 3rd time.
