The experience with Carstar in Bell was flawless. From the first appointment call to the moment we picked up my daughters car was a complete breeze. They gave a very reasonable appointment and time frame for what the car needed are true professionals .. I worked mostly with Richard and Anthony for most of the cars estimates and needs but even the staff that you don't communicate with welcome you with a friendly greeting and smile in passing which really means a lot when your dealing with a stressful issue such as a car accident or even a major car damage in general. They keep you updated by text with the progress of the work being done in which really helps give an idea of time frame when to expect the cars return. Anthony was great when I called him, but I had to be the one calling for updates and info. There was miscommunication as well. I didn’t receive not even 1 call for updates or to let me know my was almost ready, Or even when it was almost ready. A little more communication is appreciated from the customers side.
