The customer service I received from start to finish was excellent. The yung ladies in the office were more than helpful they went above and beyond to get my vehicle towed to their shop when my insurance dropped the ball of having it towed. They always send me text messages updating me on the progress. I was so pleased when my car was ready on the day they had estimated for. Thank you to all the staff from CARSTAR Bell in Bell Gardens for getting me back on the road.
